Dawn Lindsey- Back-up & Lead Vocals

Dawn Lindsey was born and raised in San Diego California. Influenced by her mother’s unique tastes in music, she grew up listening to a wide variety of music, from hard and southern fried rock to country, from Black Sabbath, and the Outlaws to Hank Williams and Willy Nelson. She developed her own unique and powerful 4 1/2 octave voice singing along with artists like Paul Rodgers (Bad Company), Linda Rondstadt, Pat Benatar, Heart, and Led Zepplin.

Dawn began writing her own songs at 18 and performing in clubs at 21. In her mid twenties, she moved from San Diego to Seattle. In 1999 Dawn joined an original band called Whisper Game, then a local coverband called Rock Show. Shortly after that she began working with Henry Cheng to form "Infamous" and record a CD. The Infamous CD is reminiscent of the high point of the 80’s rock invasion. The CD, "Meaner Than Mean", was completed in December 2002. During the "Infamous" process, Dawn had performed with Flashback and Hiwatt two classic rock coverbands. She then went on to join forces with Doug Sample to create the D&D Project. Their first CD “Wonder” was completed in the winter of 2004. In September of 2007 Dawn was given a very humbling invitation to be a working member of Whiskey Creek- Her answer was YES, and she is loving every minute of it!

This is where her musical story continues. Stay tuned..........
